Our experience. We’ve taken photos of clients since 2010, and specialized in maternity & newborn portraiture since 2015. Before 2010, I previously managed two photofinishing labs. I personally processed & developed film negatives, and brought 100,000’s of images to life for customers. Today, my digital darkroom is Photoshop, and I know how to harness it’s power to make your images beautiful.
You want to look great in your photos. We’ are experienced at capturing you in flattering, artistic and natural poses. Our relaxed approach will help put you at ease and comfortable. We also individually edit every image to make each one a work of art. The result will be photographs you'll look fantastic in - and your husband, significant other, family and friends will all tell you how gorgeous you look!
We give you more for your time and money. Our flat-fee, all-inclusive session includes:
the 90-minute session (with up to two wardrobe changes, if desired);
high-resolution digital image files for printing;
web-resolution digital image copies for easy online sharing;
personal print release to print at your favorite lab(s).
NO SEPARATE ORDERING SESSION, NO MINIMUM PURCHASE.
We incorporate natural scenery and lighting. Your maternity portraits should be about you, so we keep to simple, organic environments. Our clients love how Mother Nature adds the right touch of natural beauty to their photos. We schedule our outdoor maternity portraits to take place during the “magic hour” right before sunset, which ensures that lighting is gorgeous - literally casting you in the best light.

MATERNITY SESSIONS - FAQ’s
How Long Is The Session And What Do I Get?
Sessions are sixty- to ninety-minutes in length and are all-inclusive. This means that the creation/session fee, digital image files and print release are included in the price. Our standard package includes:
(20) high-resolution digital image files and (20) web-resolution copies (perfect for sharing on Facebook);
personal print release so you can print your images at your favorite lab(s);
When should my maternity session take place?
We encourage mommies-to-be to schedule their maternity portrait session between thirty to thirty-two weeks to capture that full baby bump. If mommies prefer an earlier date or a succession of dates, we can accommodate any schedule.
Can my maternity session include my spouse, significant other or children?
We love doing couple and family maternity sessions. There is no additional charge for a spouse or older sibling(s) to take part in the session,
Do you take outdoor portraits?
All of our maternity sessions are conducted outdoors in an agreed upon location. Some locations require a usage fee (Zilker Botanical Gardens and Mayfield Park, for example, each charge $50), but there are plenty of free locations available.
Do you offer discounts if we book maternity and newborn sessions together?
Yes! With our combo pricing, you save money when you book BOTH maternity and newborn sessions at the same time. Ask us for more details!
Do you offer client proofing?
Each session comes with a set number of digital image files included. We always over-deliver on the number of images we edit so you have a choice of your final images. The images we present to you are the "best of the best" in our professional opinion (taking into account sharpness, exposure, composition, expressions, etc.) and have been edited from our raw digital negatives so they look their best. Most galleries will contain approximately 30 edited images to proof from. We do not offer proofing of images not included in your gallery and do not show unedited images.
Do you provide high-resolution digital image files?
Absolutely! All of our sessions are now all-inclusive, which means you'll receive the session, digital image files and print release. We provide your images by download for all clients (requires a free Dropbox account).
What do I need to do to book?
Use our contact form, visit our Book Now page, or send us an email with the specifics for your session. All sessions must be paid in full before we begin. Sessions are invoiced initially via PayPal and are payable by PayPal account or credit card. Payments made the day of the session must be cash, personal check or credit card. We must also have a signed Agreement for Photography Services before we begin, which includes a model release.
Eternal Forms Photography maintains the copyright and master digital negatives for all client images. Eternal Forms Photography reserves the right to reproduce and distribute client images worldwide, in any county, at any time, in any media and for any purpose. Such use may include, but is not limited to: marketing, advertising, exhibition, competition and promotion.
