A Texas Tradition
When the breeze carries the first scent of Spring, Texans all over our great state get ready to watch one of the most spectacular displays nature has to offer as Texas Bluebonnets start blooming in waves along roadsides and across empty fields. Last year's gorgeous bluebonnet season extended into June in some places, and while the bluebonnet display can vary greatly from year to year, we've already seen signs that this year will not disappoint!
Thankfully, winter provided ample rainfall for the seeds to germinate early in the season and we're seeing lots and lots of well-established plants, which promises a good show this year! Already we're seeing cars pulled off to the side of the road and people tiptoeing through fields of bluebonnets to take photos.
To keep the tradition alive and well, this year we're offering a limited number of mini-sessions in the bluebonnets on Sunday April 12th, and have a special place picked out in Round Rock.
